Jennifer Jackson

Jennifer lectures in Dance Studies at Surrey University, teaches choreography at the Royal Ballet School and collaborates with Susan Crow on Ballet Independents’ Group (BIG) activities. A former dancer with the Royal and Sadlers Wells Royal Ballet, her choreography includes commissioned work for ballet companies (Royal Ballet, Sadler's Wells Royal Ballet, Birmingham Royal Ballet and English National Ballet), fringe theatre, education and community projects and vocational students. She continues to study with Roger Tully; recently she has choreographed Retrieving the Sylph (2005) and danced in Raft of Reasons (2004/05) with From Here to Maturity Dance Company.
